Donna has a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a major in Insurance.  She has nursing experience in the hospital setting as well as in various outpatient settings.  Her past duties include triage for the adult and pediatric population, assisting with endoscopic procedures, providing IV therapy and blood product administration, hemodialysis treatment, and monitoring and coordinating medical care for various populations.  Donna has many years of case management experience working with clients with varying degrees of physical and cognitive impairments in the areas of Auto No-Fault, workers’ compensation, and long-term disability.
